Tatyana Kochergina has studied all aspects of Hatha Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Anatomy, Doubles Yoga, Yoga Therapy and practices teaching with Gail Bentley Walsh of Yoga Mountain and Chair Yoga with Julia Hough of YTA.
Experienced in guiding people in athletic, therapeutic and creative movement, Tatyana’s vast knowledge of the human body is also drawn from the MELT method, which she learned from MELT creator Sue Hitzmann.
Tatyana has 15 years of experience as a corporate finance professional, she knows firsthand that being a mom of two and managing a full-time, fast-paced job is not an easy task. Determined to find a ME TIME in her life Tatyana’s search for the right approach led her to blend the MELT Method, Yoga, Art, Hiking, Kayaking and Meditation into her life.
